Earth-Destroying Kamehameha (地球破壊かめはめ波) is a more powerful version of the Super Kamehameha technique. The Earth-Destroying Kamehameha is used by Cell in his perfect form. First, Perfect Cell cups his hands to his side and charges a Super Kamehameha. Then, he charges it with much more energy than usual. Lastly, he fires the beam in the form of a humongous energy wave, inflicting an enormous amount of damage.
